Terms and Conditions for Mom She's Cleaners LLC with Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and Government Cleaning Services

1. General Terms and Conditions a) By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. b) We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice. c) All information provided to us must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Residential Cleaning Services a) Our residential cleaning services include but are not limited to cleaning of living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas. b) Our team will provide all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. c) Payment must be made in full before or on the day of service. d) We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

3. Commercial Cleaning Services a) Our commercial cleaning services include but are not limited to cleaning of offices, retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial establishments. b) We offer customized cleaning packages to meet your specific needs. c) Our team will provide all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. d) Payment must be made in full before or on the day of service. e) We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

4. Government Cleaning Services a) Our government cleaning services include but are not limited to cleaning of government offices, schools, hospitals, and other government buildings. b) We follow all government regulations and standards. c) Our team will provide all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. d) Payment must be made in full before or on the day of service. e) We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations.

5. Liability a) We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during our services. b) We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur as a result of using our services. c) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

6. Indemnification a) You agree to indemnify and hold Mom She's Cleaners LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your use of our services. b) You agree to indemnify and hold Mom She's Cleaners LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your breach of our terms and conditions.
